Of uncertain authorship, purportedly a Day Keene short expanded by Gil Brewer to novel length.  Meant as a collaboration but released only under Keene's name.  Haven't read it yet (but it's on the list, love Keene), so I couldn't weigh in.

Fantastic Magazine Vol. 1, No. 1. FN- 5.5. Beautiful book but it has a crack at the spine that goes through the entire book. Still glossy and bright. Classic cover by Barye Phillips. $40  Sold to goldust40
