The 

• No PL/HOS members;
• The first "take it" posted in the thread wins (whether a straight thread take it, or a "take it via PM" if we reached a deal via PM). If you want to remain anonymous by purchasing via PM, this means there will be some risk of losing a book if someone posts a "take it" in the thread before I can mark the book SOLD based on your PM. Having said that, I'll mark books SOLD as soon as reasonably possible.
• If I label a book as being ON HOLD, that book is not available for purchase until it comes back off HOLD

Payment

• I'll take Zelle, personal checks, or USPS money orders; if you prefer a different method, we can discuss
• I'll expect payment within 10 calendar days, or the deal is off (unless we've made other payment arrangements)
• I'll gladly consider longer-term time payments, but PM me to discuss terms before taking a book if you need that.

Shipping Terms

• USA & Canada:
  - Shipping via USPS priority mail: I'll charge you what USPS will charge me (which depends on how far away from Salt Lake City you are  );
• International Destinations (other than Canada  )
  - Before finalizing the deal we'll need to check into insurance availability - if there isn't an insurance option that I'm comfortable with (based on the dollar value of your purchase) in terms of shipping to your country, I reserve the right to decline the sale; if we go forward, I'll charge you what USPS will charge me (we'll figure which is cheaper - first class or priority mail international - that'll depend on package value and destination)...PM me and I can put books ON HOLD while we figure it out   (Hey...at least this is better than me just straight-up saying "I won't ship international", right?  )

Returns/Refunds

• I will accept returns for a refund for any reason within two weeks of your receipt of the books, as long as the books are returned to me as they were when you received them. If you want to return a CGC slab, shipping both ways is on you (unless I screwed something up).

pretty big moisture stain bottom half centered on spine (goes through most of book); slight bit of staple rust at centerfold; heavy cover wear; 1 1/2" accum. Spine split

deslabbed CGC 4.5 (label included); pretty nice copy, aside from a relatively small and clean paper slice at the bottom edge of back cover

Don't ask me why this was ever slabbed...I didn't do it...only thing I can figure is that the slabber didn't notice the paper slice, because otherwise the book is pretty sweet and they were probably overly optimistic
