eBay resizing externally hosted images???

26 posts in this topic

'Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to report that your pictures were

distorted on your eBay listings. My name is Karl, and I'd like to help

you.

We became aware that those images were being wrongly resized and that

members using third party images were seeing their images at 400 x 300

pixels despite the size provided.

Our technical team worked to find the cause and to correct this problem

as quickly as possible. This issue has now been resolved and your images

should be displaying correctly.

If you continue to see the images resized, please make sure that you are

accessing the most recent version of the page by using your browser's

"Reload" or "Refresh" buttons. You can force a fresh page to be loaded

from eBay's server by clicking the "Reload" or "Refresh" button on your

browser's toolbar while at the same time holding down the "Shift" key on

your keyboard.

We do apologize for any inconvenience or concern this has caused, and we

thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve it. We value your

membership in our community and we appreciate you choosing eBay for your

online trading needs.

Regards,

Karl
