submissions Frustrated - Package received a month ago but still not in Submission Tracking.... 1 1

Just venting a bit.  I sent a package in March, it arrived April 1st but it's not shown up in the Submission Tracker.  The customer service team has been polite and as helpful as possible but the general consensus has been that they are behind schedule, no new timelines available, check back in a couple weeks. 

Someone should update the main page on turnaround times.  I sent my package in as a birthday gifts with 3 weeks buffer and it looks like I'm going to miss their birthday.  I wouldn't be frustrated if the posted times were more accurate.  At this point it's been 30 days for a modern book that's not even shown up in the Submission Tracker yet.

Anyone else in the same boat? Misery loves company....
