  1. Hello @Rip! Thank you for reaching out to us. For this you will start the order and choose the grading & pressing services. Then after selecting the appropriate tier, choose the "Fast-Track" under the "Add-Ons" section just before you proceed with adding the book(s). I hope this helps!

While the grade typically doesnt change in this case, there always exists a chance that a collectible could be downgraded if it has suffered damage post-encapsulation. Any books resubmitted for the CGCxJSA service will be regraded upon submission. We unfortunately cannot guarantee the grade won't change. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this may cause you.

However, Combined CGC and JSA certification services for trading card games (TCGs), sports cards and non-sports cards are currently in development, and will be among the next CGC x JSA offerings.   6. Hello @tdmill! I noticed we talked about this yesterday via email. Wanted to reply here anyway just in case. It looks like this item will fit under the magazine tier holder options! CGC grades most magazines or oversized books (except for hard covers or jeweled covers) that fit within the following dimensions: 11-1/2” tall 8-7/8” wide 1/2” thick CGC will not grade books with a hardcover, jeweled cover, or certain explicit images. CGC will not encapsulate any floating items with the book (i.e. COAs, Pedigree COAs, 3-D glasses, Poly-bags). Please check our Census data to determine if we have graded a specific book previously!

  16. Hello @Fleeprime, thanks for reaching out! If a shipment is unable to be delivered after 3 delivery attempts, it will be returned to the sender. Once a shipment is returned to CGC and processed through our mail queue, we will contact you to confirm the shipping address and make the necessary reshipping arrangements. Changes to the shipping method and/or address can be made by replying to the RETURNED SHIPMENT email notice. The returned shipment email will be sent to the account holder and the account holder must respond to that email directly to arrange any changes and re-delivery.   17. Hello @Josh Honcoop! Thanks for reaching out. CGC Cards will grade a card that has a genuine production/printing error that we attribute. There is no additional fee for error card review. The determination of what constitutes an error is at the discretion of CGC, however, we do have the CGC Cards Error Guide resource available. If you would like your card to be reviewed for an error designation during grading, please select the "Error" option upon submission. The team will review it and determine if it will receive an error designation. Thanks again and please let us know if you have any questions!

If most of the book titles are changing, you will need to create a new packing slip to make sure it is as accurate as possible for receiving purposes. A handwritten note is acceptable for small changes such as an updated issue # or date, but if the titles are changing entirely we would ask that a new packing slip be created. Sometimes the pressers may want to keep working on books if they dont see the results they were hoping for initially. This can lead to slight delays/differences in the estimated turnaround time. The estimated turnaround time for Fast Track Modern pressing and grading is about 18 business days in total. That would be our best estimate of when the submission will be completed! Please note that turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Unfortunately, this is not a type of collectible that we are able to certify or encapsulate for you. It's a bit too big for our magazine holder to accommodate (11-1/2” tall/8-7/8” wide/1/2” thick) So sorry for any inconvenience!
