PGM Miles Morales: The ultimate spider man #1 1 1

I am trying to get this comic double signed by Shameik Moore and Nadji Jeter but I am unsure if I should use this comic as it doesn’t look to be in the best shape.
 The bottom left corner is a little rough and there is a colour breaking spine tick right above the top staple which is a bit difficult to see. There is also a tiny chip at the top. Apologies for the bad quality.
