WildC.A.T.s #1 ashcan and newsstands 1 1

I'm new to the registry so pardon my ignorance please. Is there a particular reason why the WildC.A.T.s #1 ashcan and newsstands from #3-33 aren't included when putting books into the WildC.A.T.s 1992 category for best collection? Thanks for any insight

You can familiarize yourself with the set guidelines by visiting this post. Also, the form to request new sets and slot adds is paused for maintenance until Monday 6/10 but it will be made live again that day.

Thank you for the info. Where would I find the form to add the #1 ashcan to the list please?
