More than the last one? If I remember correctly (I haven't compared the two in a while) this one is much nicer looking, so it should sell for a premium to the last Heritage copy. So, maybe a little over 8.0 guide?

I would guess 45k to 55k. Actually a clean copy that would look great in my collection.

I'd say at least treble that. HG unrestored Batman 1s are scarce to rare...
