Ok, I have 4 posters I have submitted...

4447935 --> Scheduled for Grading - this one looks good!

4441763 --> Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging - this one looks good!

4441773 --> Scheduled for Grading - this one should say "scheduled for pressing, then grading"

4441774 --> CCS in Process / Pressing Poster nn nn no publisher listed - this one was NOT submitted for pressing, only grading

I had made a post before submitting 4441774. This is the grateful dead  poster...

https://boards.cgccomics.com/topic/535904-grateful-dead-1980-radio-city-music-hall-new-york-city-concert-poster/

As you can see, someone deleted the post!

This poster has sold on Heritage Auctions, but is very rare. That is why I made the post that is now deleted.

Please verify that 4441774 will be graded and not pressed, and please verify 4441773 will be both pressed and graded.

I have a lot of debt and this is costing me a lot of money. Please make sure my posters submissions are correct.

Thank you.

I am not sure why the thread was deleted but, here is a copy and paste of the initial post.

Just wondering if I can send in this Grateful Dead Radio City poster for grading. I know the Grateful Dead Warfield Theatre poster is allowed for grading and it has a similar design. I was going to submit my Radio City version tonight, but I did not see it listed in CGC. Just wondering if this can indeed be submitted for authentication and grading.

Size is about 21.5" x 27.5".

Please get back to me ASAP. This is ready to ship, just need the a-ok from CGC.

Thank you.

Don't forget to please verify that 4441774 will be graded and not pressed, and please verify 4441773 will be both pressed and graded.

Get back to me please. Thx.

Hi Scott

I think customer service saw my post and thought I was handling this.  So, I sent a note to the team to make these corrections.  Worst case scenario, they get this message twice.

Ok, I am completely confused. I just received an email from CGC saying 4441773 (Pink Floyd) is a fake, and has NOT been pressed. I called CGC and they said 4441774 is also the Pink Floyd poster. This contradicts your last reply. To make things even more complicated, submission 4454231 (Grateful Dead) is completely blank...

These are my submissions. It shows 5, but I only sent in 4 posters. If you can, please get me an update on the status of them:

4454231
4447935
4441763
4441773
4441774

Thx Mike.

Awesome, thanks Mike! If you can, just have them update my "submissions" page for each submission. Supposedly, submission 4441773 is the fake Pink Floyd, but I assumed if any of the submissions were fake, it would have been the Grateful Dead. The Pink Floyd I bought from someone with 50,000 positive reviews on ebay, and has had other buyers send in their posters to CGC with no problems. Perhaps 4441773 was put into you system wrong and is actually the Grateful Dead poster. I don't know what to think - I will wait for the update. Thx again. -Scott

Hi

This is the info that I was provided.

There are 5 invoices because we have to create a separate invoice for pressing when it comes to posters.  (no grading charges it is basically just a pressing fee), but because the poster is fake it will be sent back ungraded and unslabbed.

The Grateful Dead poster from invoice 4454231, was also rejected as not part of a gradable series. The poster that this one imitates is the AOR-4.45, which took place at the Warfield theater, this poster has New York City across the bottom in replace of Warfield theater, so it is not part of a gradable series. The Pink Floyd poster, AOR-4.47, was rejected because it is not authentic. The lettering at the bottom of the poster "oakland coliseum and dates" is brown and should be black. This Pink Floyd poster has been bootlegged countless times and is hard to actually get an authentic copy. But that is why is was rejected as an unauthorized reprint.
