I m gonna assemble several issues together without their covers and I tought to put a page of paper between each issues, but I'm afraid by 1 thing, can the page of paper absorb the ink of the comics page behind with time?

You may have seen the image of the back cover of a comic book transfer onto a non-acid free backing board. This is a process that takes a period of time. It may be that the same will occur with the sheets of paper you may use.
