Orders stuck in Grading/Quality Control for 2+ weeks? 1 1

Any info on submissions being stuck in Grading/Quality control for over 2 weeks? Had an order that was received the same day that shipped 5 days ago. Seems like stuff is way out of wack. Meanwhile have a reholder that was delivered two days before and hasn't even hit the reholder process with no update. Just trying to gain some clarity as I thought orders were worked in First In First Out method.
