All proceeds, less postage, from this thread will be donated by me to the charity Food For The Poor (FFTP) (https://foodforthepoor.org/).  At Church this morning, a Priest came to speak about feeding the poor supporting this charity, and I thought this would be a great way to move these comics.  My real goal with the original thread was to get the comics out of my guest room and into the hands of fellow collectors.  Hopefully, this will help!  Again, all proceeds less postage will go to this charity.

See the second posting for details on this charity.  Maybe we can donate enough money to provide a new home for a family in need.  With your help…  I'll keep an ongoing total with proceeds/donations to date on the second post.

Hello and welcome to my big sale on the boards.  You’ll note I’ve been a board member for a long time.  I have purchased lots of books from different sellers on the boards, but I have not sold many here.  I have sold many comics through Bob Storms, on eBay, and through mycomicshop.com.  My eBay account is “mlovest” with perfect feedback as a buyer and seller.  I do not have a kudos page on the boards.

I’m continuing to sell off my collection, and I have been a high-grade Spider-Man collector for decades.  Most of these offered comics are Spider-Man titles or cover appearances through the early ‘90s.  There are no major keys being offered here, but lots of great Spidey comics and cover appearances.  Some are tough to find in high grade, and all are raw books in this sale.

As these are all lower dollar comics, I am not planning individual scans.  I will include pictures of general copies.  If you want shots of an individual comic, please let me know.  Most are very high-grade copies.  At a minimum, they will be NM 9.4 copies, with many 9.6s and 9.8s, unless otherwise noted.  All are bagged and boarded with 99% in Mylars/Mylites and half- or full-backs.  I pulled many lesser key issues for CGC grading, and the most common grades have been 9.8s and 9.6s.  Also, almost all have been white pagers.

Rules

1. Claims in the thread immediately trump any offers.  1st  in the thread or via PM gets it and trumps any ongoing PM negotiations.  Timestamp will determine the winner if two or more post it at the same time.
2. The price is the price.  I may be lowering the price over time, so I will not be offering discounts for bulk purchases.  Also, I am not in a hurry to unload these, so please don’t make low-ball offers.
3. No Hall of Shamers/Probationers or any other naughty list individuals.

Pricing/Payment

1. All ~1,000 listed comics will start off at the same price of $10 (now only $2.00 each with the 80% off sale!).  I may lower the price until all comics are sold, depending upon how things go.  All proceeds less P&H will go to Food For The Poor (FFTP).
2. PayPal G&S, Zelle, Money Orders, and Personal Checks all accepted.  I’ll wait 10 days for any checks to clear.
3. I'll invoice as the orders come in; however, I will normally only be able to mail orders on Saturdays due to my busy work schedule.  Comics should ship on the Saturday following payment (and waiting period for checks).

Shipping

Generally, I'll only ship to US-based addresses; I will ship to Canada as long as you are willing to cover the shipping costs.  I will also ship to a US address for those overseas with access to a US location.  I will package very safely and securely.  Unfortunately, postage rates keeps going up!

• 1 - ~10 books (probably only 8-10 max due to Mylars/half-/full-backs, as many as fit safely):  $14 USPS Priority (Gemini Mailer in a Legal Flat Rate Envelope).
• ~10 - ~24 books (probably max of ~24 due to Mylars/half-/full-backs in many, as many as fit safely):  $24 USPS Priority (Medium Flat Rate Box w/ bubble wrap, etc.).
• ~25+ books:  TBD; likely a combination of the above unless you really order a bunch of comics, and then we’ll work something that makes sense for you.  I’m not trying to make money on shipping.

Return Policy:

Returns accepted within 10 days of the buyer's receipt date.  Items must be returned in the same condition prior to refund, less postage.  Buyer pays shipping.  I want you to be happy with your comics, so I’ll work with you.
