CGC submission by artist 2 2

I'm an artist who has done several sketch covers. I was told about the CGC Signature Series Creator Agreement. Is this form filled out each time I want to submit one or more books for grading with a yellow label? Is there anything else thats needed for me to submit to verify me and my signature?

Seems like job (literally) for cgc customer service. Policies and forms change, and random internet advice can be inconsistent or wrong (even if well intended) or outdated.

i would go in cgc’s website, read the terms and contact cgc customer service w questions

You will need to call into CS for a complete response (they will email you forms).

But... back in 2018 the process was to fill out the artist agreement with the first submission (which will set-up your account) then as long as your next submission uses the same account and only includes SS books from the artist in question (yourself) they will continue to receive yellow labels. The process isn't much different from being a facilitator.
