Grading wise, how do you look at a missing staple ........... ? 1 1

I'm not talking about a staple that was once there. I just opened a book i acquired recently, an Action Comics #303 from August 1963, and the lower staple is missing and always was. There are no holes anywhere in the lower area where the staple would normally be, not in the cover or any wrap. I'm not planning on getting it graded, but I'm just curios how this would be viewed if it were to be graded.

If it was manufactured without a staple it's a manufacturing defect and shouldn't impact the grade. 

 

Kind of cool anomaly.
