This is a Larry Todd piece of "NoYo County Capers". It likely dates back in the mid to late 80's when pot was a "Just say no no". . If you ever wanted directions on how to have a grow house in you home without tipping off the authorities, this strip shows you how. There was a different "NoYo County Capers" published in Rip Off Comix but I can't find where this page was published. If you know please fill me in. Thanks. Todd

Is that 389 on his shirt sleeve, or is that the page number? If that’s the page number, maybe this was included in an underground book on growing pot or something counter-culture? Maybe there’s a clue in his bibliography?

I noticed that number too. Normally page numbers are not in the art space or if the are, they will have some sort of border around them.
