Captured Collectibles will be on-site, not sure if any other facilitators will be on-site. A lot of the comic people like Jim Shooter and Marv Wolfman have cancelled already. DragonCon is a bit of a crazy animal. Not everyone located in the same place makes it difficult to get to quite a few of the guests. You might spend two hours just trying to get inside the Americas Mart building which houses all the vendors and the artists on the top floor. Not much different for the Walk of fame for celebrity guests in a totally separate location within one of the host hotels.
