Looks like a small glue repair lower spine, otherwise flat, tight, square, bit of gloss, white pages.

Showcase 4
First appearance of Silver Age Flash, Barry Allen. 
In my opinion, THE Silver Age key, THE  start of the Silver Age itself.  

As mentioned earlier in the thread this copy is new to the market, bought a couple weeks ago at an estate auction, 
in a box of other junky comics. And this one is junky too. 

Dime sized piece out upper FC, small triangular piece out of RH edge. 
Large piece out of upper BC, see the scans. A few other small chips out. Cover is loose, and has a few small splits,
although both halves are still firmly attached. Interior is tight with supple cream - offwhite pages, but the bookworms
have had a little snack upper LH and lower edge, see the scans. 
First fold has a split upper spine, with a chip out. CF has a small tear at upper staple, pulled lower staple. 

With all that said, it's STILL a fresh-to-market Showcase 4. And it displays pretty well for the grade, doesn't it?

Last GPA sale at 1.5 was January, at $7800.

I'm asking considerably less, I want $6500 FIRM, no exceptions.
Personal check (must clear before I ship) or certified check ONLY for payment, and I cover shipping and insurance.
