markavis Posted September 5 Share Posted September 5 Hello, I submitted some books to be pressed and or graded. I got a message saying my credit card was declined due to it being expired. It looks like CGC entered the incorrect expiration date. How can I reach CGC to let them know to re-run the card with the correct date? Thank you. You may update your payment information by logging into your account online and going to the Submission Tracking feature. Here you should find the Update Payment option.
