Is this book priced above GPA? Yes.

Would I *technically* be overpaying if I picked up this book right now? Yes.

But...

Is this also the nicest FF87 I've seen in over two years? Yes.

Does the color strike mesmerize me and leave me in an infant trance going "goo-goo, gah-gah"? Yes.

Did I actually just have to wipe the drool from the corner of my mouth? Yes, check.

 

There's the rock...and there's that hard place...stuck!

 

Let's try this another way...

But do I think The Tim Horton Pedigree is worth the extra bucks....hmmmm...maybe?

How about... do I think the Tim Horton Pedigree is worth the extra bucks while Bill is giving great Thread? OK - That's an affirmative.

 

Great book to wrap things up and AMAZING THREAD BILL!!!!

 

I think I speak for many of us when I say we all wish the boards had more threads like this.

Several of Marvel's inkers and artists in that period were freelancing for DC, who would terminate relationships if one was found to be freelancing for the competition. Gene Colan, for example, was "Adam Austin." GOD BLESS ...
