Wondering if anyone has any idea on value of these TMNT Signed Books 1 1

I had these books JSA Authenticated and Graded through CGC and they got the yellow Labels it has both Eastman and Laird's Signature and not sure how to value them as I have looked on GPA and other places and can't find alot with both Signatures on them listed. Any ideas would love to hear from the community. Books and grades listed below in the image. Thanks in advance for any feedback!!

Well the cgc jsa stuff is about 3 months old so maybe the market hasn’t been established yet.

for the lower grade stuff I’d say find gpa blue prices, then add in 75% of present cost of additional verification cost and signatures cost

 

for 9.6 maybe add double the cost

for 9.8 maybe 4x to 5x the cost

For general reference I would just use the standard GPA signature series pricing; I haven't seen any difference in price yet for books selling around $500 mark. If there is going to be an eventual price difference the JSA authenticated will be lower priced as they were not witnessed.

As for the books themselves if your looking to sell it is always best to photograph the signatures prior to submitting them so the buyer knows what they look like! I've seen a number of TMNT JSA books with first page signatures and sketches get slabbed but you now have no idea of what it looks like or placement. (This is advice for the next time if you didn't do that with these).

Thanks @DougC . didn't think about photographing them myself first luckily my cleaner presser did that before they got sent off so I have hi-res images of them.
