Just wondering if a comic book that is numbered #12 on outside of book is numbered #11 on inside of book is a misprint error that would be more valuable?

Examples (pictures, issues, year) would help, but with the limited info we have - I'm going to say no. Not more valuable.

I’m gonna say yes if it is an error misprint

depending on the book and the grade.  it could be 200-500% more valuable

It depends completely on what book it is.  It could be a case where every copy was incorrectly printed, it could be a cover matched to the incorrect book, it could be an error where some copies were misprinted, it could be any number of things.  Without knowing what book it is we can't provide a meaningful answer.
