Hey yall, I did my first submission of cards to CGC @ CGCTC, P.O. Box 4701, Sarasota, FL 34230 and i got this tracking update from USPS. Is this normal? Should I be panicked?

I got the samething on my delivery. Mine said delivered to (front desk/ receptionist/mail room.

I would like to know where my cards are at. We pay money to have then graded and have them delivered, then they disappear in thin air.
