Colossal semi-annual Vancouver Comic and Toy Show at the Pacific National Exhibition (PNE) Forum building with over 42,000 square feet of family pop culture fun for the weekend before Hallowe'en. Over 400 x 8' tables full of vintage comics, pop culture mags, collectible toys, TCG Pokemon, paper collectibles plus artist alley with some creators coming in from Edmonton, AB. Sample guests include Ron Lamarre (Warner Bros., Hanna Barbera animator), local James Lloyd (Futurama, Simpsons artist) and more to be announced. Grosnor will be there accepting comics, trading card games (TCG), sports cards, and video tapes for CGC Grading. General admission for both days is only $25 (plus GST) with hefty $100 and $50 door prize certificates to be given out randomly to attendees. Sunday admission is $15; kids 12 or under get free admission with a paying guardian.
