How and where to by OA?

I am completely new to the OA scene. Can anyone suggest where to begin shopping around for OA. I am specifically interested in ASM stuff. Besides buying from private collectors that are charging 10's of thousands of dollars for covers, where can I get more reasonable priced stuff?

 

For example, I can understand why silver age ASM OA (especially key covers) are valued at tens of thousands of dollars, but what about a cover from 2 months ago or 2 years ago? How would I able to get something so recent?

 

Any help would be appreciated.
