The stress marks make me lean toward the lower grade...

i agree with you and the grading bastiche on this one, because of the high grade color and gloss. i would go with 6.5 definitely in the fine range. ebay seller sold it as a VF! Typical! Even in the distant scan i could see the spine wear so i bid accordingly. Winning bid was $11.25 which is roughly 1/2 guide for a 6.5 so anyway you look at it I didn't too bad on this deal! It makes a nice reader! Thanks for your opinions guys! I wish it were cheaper to certify! I would love to get CGC's opinion on this considering the difference of opinion here in the forum!
