That had crossed my mind as well. His only posts are that he discovered a scam auction? A bit odd for a newbie. Perhaps Sandman could speak up and provide us with his eBay id?

no - sandman is not a scammer - just a young collector from south-east asia (!)

 

i've communicated with him quite a bit cause he was interested in some of my auctions from a month ago. we've kept in touch since.

 

in fact, i was the one who told him about these forums.

 

nothing fishy going on with his questions. he ICQed me asking about the auction - i just didn't get a chance to reply to him before he posted to this forum.
