I really don't get it? This guy has been Naru for close to a year.

I ran across his feedback when I was checking out someone elses. The guy was cruising along...had a nice feedback record going...then turned psycho and started trying to scam everyone with paypal chargebacks, getting a refund and then demanding the item back, insisting on a refund but not wanting to return the items, etc. Really not much to get...just seemed strange is all.
