X-men 66 grade

I need a grade for my x-men silver age 66

I am back after 27 years away from the hobby. So dont take this grade too hard, I gave it a 8. Yeah just getting back into collecting but i do have two things going for me, I still have my 1000+ collection (that hasn't been touched pre 1979) and I live in SanDiego! YES!!!!

The scan is a little blurry. Is that a tear throught the "H" in "Hulk"?

the blurry makes it hard to grade. I'll toss a 4.0 on it.

With the tear and rumpling at the bottom, 4.0 seems right to me too. Cool cover though, never seen that before!

Scans are..out of focus..and dark....

 

With that tear, can't be higher than a 4.5...
