I came across these 2 Frazetta prints, my curosity was peaked becuase they are colored. Can anyone give me any info on these?

I might as well post this here.

 

I was going through some documents last night (I moved recently and am purging junk) and found these. I thought I got rid of them when I sold my comic collection twenty years ago. I guess I was wrong. I don't remember where I got them, but I sure am happy to still have them.

 

Anyone know anything about them?
