5.5 lots of chipping... frown.gif

And it looks like more is going to fall off soon. frown.gif

 

Surprisingly, although it doesn't look that way in a scan - the chipping is sturdy, and probably has been that way for 30 years. The biggest danger, of course, is snagging when you take the book in and out of Mylar.

 

This book has a tremendous amount of postives going for it, including OW to White pages wink.gif

What a shame about the chipping, David. IMO, this is an extreme example of edge wear regardless of whether it's natural chipping or Marvel chipping. It makes the edge fragile and affects the eye appeal. I would have a hard time going above 5.0, even knowing the chipping is production-related. confused-smiley-013.gif All that said, still a book I'd be pleased to own.
