Sell Batman 14, previously graded by CGC

I just got my upgraded Batman 14 so I am ready to part with my old copy. CGC graded 5.0, slight restoration with small color touch and dried glue by staple. I cracked it out to let it breath, OW/W pages. I will see about getting a scan, but PM me if interested with an offer, I would like to get ~$250 but price is negatiable and I will trade for Detectives I need.

What grade is the new one?

Just a 7.0, but with WHITE pages. Overall pretty clean and a lot better overall than the higher grade stuff I have seen. I got it through Heritage, but it was originally on Mark's website.
