Another victim of overgrading

Came across this auction this morning and this line hit me like a ton of bricks:

 

I PURCHASED ASM 122, and 98 ungraded from showcase newengland. They indicated that 98 was acctually a 9.4 and 122 was a 9.2. Perhaps these are good for resubmission. I think they were undergraded.

 

(BTW - both grades were cgc 9.0)

 

Maybe he should just be lucky that Showcase didn't overgrade a little more

This buyer should have known better. If SNE thought that these books were really that nice, there would be no way in hell that they would sell them raw. People just need to use some common sense sometimes

Unfortunately for that guy, I believe him to be the one that paid 300 dollars to SNE for the raw NM- ASM 122.
