New Security Option On CGC Slab's

I just read on a different post about how mailing a CGC copy to someone outside your area and not knowing if they received it? So I have a suggestion to CGC about adding a new security measure to aid to insure it location.What would you say to installing a small chip with global tracking system like ISTAR like they have for some of todays vehicles?
