Looks like a bit of staining/foxing (?) on the back...hard to tell how severe, & never sure what that does to the grade. I'll say a strict 7.5 overall though the front looks a lot better...

In that case, I should qualify what I wrote above: my understanding is that CGC is very lenient with foxing, esp. on the back cover. With CGC I imagine you'd be looking at an 8.0 to 8.5 for this book. The 7.5 is just what I would grade it personally, as I don't see a substantial difference between foxing and staining. Either way, still a nice one.

7.5-8.0..the foxing makes me lean toward the lower grade..

the lower edge of the BC appears cropped...

Point Five is correct on the foxing...imo this is a 8.0 with an outside shot of 8.5.
