In terms of absolute numbers, DCs will always win for "rarity" over Marvels, and Charltons over DCs.

 

Among the Marvels that are not that easy to find in high grade, I'd include:

 

Thor 168

Strange Tales 166

Groovy 1

Peter the Little Pest 1 (only one above 9.0!)

I am having a hard time finding a Superman 201 in high grade. Also Flash 178, Jimmy Olsen 113 are to get, among a handful of other DC's from the late 60's.
