Question on a Batman Lithograph

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, so let me apologize now if it isn't.

 

I've got a chance to get a Batman Da Vinci lithograph apparently signed by Bob Kane but I'm not sure if there are any of these with questionable signatures out there. I also need to know how many were made and what the correct size is.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

These used to show up eBay all the time about 4-5 years ago, including some with supposed Kane sketches.....they were around $100-150 with the Kane sig if I remember right, and $300-$400 with the sketch??? again it's been awhile, so NOT 100% sure.
