The upper right crease does affect the inside pages, but has to be looked at under a light to be seen. It's very minimal. The only thing that doesn't show in the scan is a very small foxed area on the spine to the left of the word "The" in Cap battles the assasins. Its where the book folds, and is very small.

CGC would use a light, 7.5
