Now on to some nice Bronze Marvel Horror

These all come from an original owner collection. The owner was an employee of Golden Age Collectibles in Seattle back in the 70's. I purchased these from him about 16 years ago, and they've been in my personal collection since. Most have the same type of date stamp that was used at the store and pages are really fresh and covers are glossy.

 

 

So here it goes

 

Crypt of Shadows #2 Upper left corner storage bump keeps this from extremely high grade. I hate to grade this so low, but I'll say F/VF 7.0

Bottom left corner bend line. Otherwise immaculate (pressing candidate). I'm still going to grade this as a VF/NM cover presents like a 9.4.

Crypt of Shadow #6 bump on upper left from storage and very minor spine stress.

 

I'd say this still makes a VF/NM and it's incredibly glossy. $12

Crypt of Shadow #8 with a very tough black cover. Two spine ticks, sharp corners no back wear whatsoever and incredible page quality. even the date stamp is small and looks garbled. I'm calling this a NM 9.4 and there are two graded CGC 9.4's and 1 9.0 to compare it to.

 

Talk about a book you don't see in grade.

 

I'm pricing this one steep for a raw book....$40

 

But then again, I don't really want to sell it.

Next, Creatures on the loose #17 in VF, book is sharp and glossy from same original owner collection, but has deep bends at the top staple. Would be much higher grade otherwise.
