Ultra Magnus is the name I was looking for.

 

Looks like the price are okay. More than I paid for them.

Here's the Master Peice Ultra Magnus I have on eBay right now. I also used to have the Optimus Prime version but sold out of it. If anyone is interested in one of these PM me.

If anyone is interested I have SEVENTY (70) Star wars figures (some multiples--example 13 Princess Leia orange/red card figures) for sale

I will sell the lot of 70 for $150.00 thats less then 2.25 + shipping
