Going on the assumption the BC has no surprises I will say a 8.5 with a outside shot at 9.0 Two corners look too be a bit off, spine tick..

I'd have to go along with a 9.0. I couldn't see a 9.2 with the two spine ticks (looks like there's one near price box and one extending from the lower staple) and the URC, LLC look to be roughed up a bit

I've seen CGC 9.8 books with two spine ticks.

 

But in terms of overall wear, I'd have to say 9.2 for this specific book

I haven't, but you've seen far more CGC 9.8s than I have I'm sure. I've seen 9.2s with spine ticks before though.

Looks like a crease near the spine, just above the lower staple..if so, 9.0, if not 9.2, assuming the BC is consistent.
