For starters you need to buy an Overstreet grading guide as well as an Overstreet price guide with a subscription to GP Analysis and CPG.

Now that would be a start.

2005 OSPG for THOR 227 is $4 in 6.0 condition. So, you are looking at ~$1.00-$3.00 retail for that book. Also, they call it a "guide" for a reason--it's not fail proof. There's also plenty of values in the guide that's undervalued. Experience with the market will tell you this.

 

BTW, if you don't have slabs, GPA will do you no good. Just spend $15 on the new OSPG.
