GPAnalysis Sales Recording Question?

Not sure if this was discussed here before but does GPA want to know from sellers of CGC books through eBay if the book was marked as sold but the buyer never paid. I noticied a couple books that were recorded and resold that GPA made an extra note of the relist when said book never actually sold in first place due to non paying bidder.

 

Also if anyone knows does GPA have a direct email or contact for sales data error issues. Example a book showing as recorded sale in a particular grade but nothing in CGC census for that grade. Note this item sold years ago so a census update would not matter.
