1 spin crease and 2 minor stress lines, also 2 lines of dirt under daredevil's feet as you can see on the picture, i have no idea what they are, but they are not pencil marks...

...The picture only shows a section of the spine. We have to see the entire book to accurately grade it.

oh im sorry i only took pic of the problem areas, rest of the book is pretty much spotless.

Well, to grade a book the whole book must be visible. Even if the rest looks great, I just don't see it possible to grade a book while only seeing part of the spine.

Given what I CAN SEE it looks to be about a 9.4.

Well, you have to remember I'm having a hard time seeing much detail from the photos. You being the one with the book, can see things more clearly than any of us.
