For some reason this scan don't look right....

What program are you using? The scan's look like the compression for the jpgs is to high but the file sizes don't indicate that. Try scanning at a high settings of say 300 dpi and then edit the file down to 72/75 dpi and try saving it at 85% compression.

I don't even know where to begin to do that.

I use Epson Smart Panel. 150 dpi on 30% quailty

Try this software it's about the best out there. Ifanview I think the problem is with the 30% quality. You should be up around 80% for a good scan.

Ah ok. I was using 80% @ 150 dpi.

Thought the kilo bytes where kinda high.

 

But I still duno how to crop and such.
