5 stress marks on back. Beat me by 2.

 

I actually think your copy is a little nicer than mine structurally. The stress marks on the back of mine are followed by small non color-breaking creases that don't show up in my scan.

 

I'd think your copy would grade out 9.0 thumbsup2.gif
