Here's a strange one. I'll put the BIN at $20 shipped.

 

Limited to 3,000 copies from 1986. This book contains original sketches from Eastman and Laird as well as Bob Burden.

Just to clarify, the sketches aren't original. This is pretty much a published sketchbook with a preview of TMNT 8 and some other random stuff. I dont know much else about it other than the fact that it's NM and has to be somewhat hard to find. I got it in a lot a couple years ago.
