I'll definitely be there. Anyone needing help with a place to stay PM me. I go out 6/7 times a year and will be happy to steer you to the right place for your budget/ taste. Bill

A recommendation - the Excalibur is VERY nice for what you pay. Was there in March and paid $69 for a pleasant room. How much time do you spend in your hotel room in Vegas anyway? And by the way, gentlemen. Two words...

As little as I can get away with...

I'm a big Four Queens/Fitzgerald's guy. Decent rooms downtown for 1/3 of the price! Plus within walking distance to $1 blackjack and craps tables!

With the decline in business, deals are found in lots of places now.

I stayed at Paris a couple of months ago for $79 a night, with the third night free. A strip view suite with an Eiffel tower and Bellagio water show view.

I have stayed in nearly all of the casinos on the strip and this was by far the best accomodations, minus the Bellagio. But they do not offer the same price.

Paris is about dead center of all the strip action as well!

I'll be going to the Vegas con in Oct-Nov. Hope to see some of you there. Anyone else planning on going?

Well, it is time enough to save for! Is there much GA there? Anyone know what dealers we may know usually attend?

This is the first one so you all know as much as I do. I'm sure more will be revealed on the web site soon.

With a little advance planning, you can expect to pay no more than $40 a nite, prob. less unless there is a big convention in town. From the EastCoast JETblue and Spirit have great rates, esp. if booked well in advance.

Well, I live a few hours away from Las Vega, being in San Francsico. So any thoughts on just getting a good hotel rate? grin.gif
