Front cover looks like a solid VF+ 8.5, or very soft VF/NM 9.0.

 

Light foxing on the back, you probably have a Solid VF 8.0. Another great book Jeff.

Front looks 8.0ish, but back has a lot of creasing and wear and I'd put it around 4.5/5.0. Call it a 6.5/7.0 overall, tho real nice FC eye appeal for grade!
