What Does CGC Do With All Those Mylar Bag? 0

I thought CGC tossed most of them but I was at a Con where some people where submitting and they had a raw comic without a bag and board and CGC rep had some random bags and boards as it has to be submitted in one.. Some people guess don't know that. So I would assume some are kept for situations like that and bad ones are tossed maybe some are recycled hopefully. need to save Aqua man's friends otherwise who would he talk to
