Have you checked the GA Dealer List? I know QuickSilver has quite a few (but you'll pay for this country's monetary policy).

Even with a strong Dollar, I'd be paying through the nose. I don't mind paying reasonable prices, but it's only the first few issues that are scarce......not all of them.

I was able to find four issues I needed that were priced 33% off, so they came out about where they should.
